Hello and welcome to my site. My name is Vincent and I am a freelance web developer specialising in CSS-styled websites. I also do flash banners, animations, as well as some desktop publishing work when I have the time for it. Do feel free to browse through my portfolio and comment on my work.

A little bit about myself...

I have worked in IT since 1995 and have had numerous web development experience including the remake of Club Med Singapore’s website back in 1998. Later in my career, I was Technology Development Manager in ICT Interactive, which is a Multimedia Super Corridor-Status company incorporated in Malaysia. Over there, I led a team of graphics artists, programmers, and animators to produce cutting edge web applications, websites, and companion web apps as well as multimedia courseware used in Malaysian schools and some private institutions. In 2004, I upped and decided to go it on my own and have been doing consultation work on IT infrastructure projects. Recently, I deceided to go back into web development work and this is my first online portfolio since starting on this back in August 2007.

About this site...

In creating this site, I had to decide between doing a full flash site or a CSS-styled one. I decided on the latter since this is my specialty and I need to showcase it here. You will find that all the pages on this site validate to XHTML 1.0 Strict and the CSS also validates. All this translates to quick design changes with minimal rework as well as very lightweight pages that load extremely fast and are friendly to different content browsing devices.
